In a skillet, on medium heat add oil, onions, Riced Cauliflower, garlic seasoning, salt and pepper continue stirring and cook for 8 minutes, until cauliflower is tender.
Remove from heat, add shredded cheese, Mix well until combined.
In a large bowl, add egg, ¼ cup of breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese. Mix well with your hands, until all combined.
Using a flower shape cutter, place a tablespoon of riced cauliflower mixture to form nugget. Repeat for each. Transfer to a Tray, spray top lightly with cooking spray.
Lightly Spray Air Fryer Tray with cooking spray and add a piece of parchment paper that fits the tray.
Place Riced Cauliflower nuggets in Air fryer for 6 minutes at 375 degrees, and flip for an additional 3 minutes, until cooked and golden brown. Let cool and ready to serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
Note: If using Oven place at 375 degrees for 20 Minutes and flip for an additional 5 minutes until cooked, or golden brown.
