Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9” x 5” baking pan.
In a large bowl, add Riced Cauliflower and microwave for 4 minutes, remove and let cool.
Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder and salt.
Add egg yolks, melted butter, garlic, oregano, shredded cheese and about ¼ cup egg whites, and beat well, using hand blender, then stir in steamed cauliflower.
Add remaining egg whites and blend until fully combined and add fresh parsley stirring it in the mixture.
Add cauliflower mixture into baking pan and spread evenly, sprinkle with remaining parsley.
Bake for 45 minutes, until a toothpick is inserted in the cauliflower garlic bread and comes out clean and golden brown. Let cool and remove from pan and ready to serve.
