Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Cauliflower
  • ½ Cup flour
  • 1 Egg, whisked
  • 2 Tsp. Garlic powder
  • 2 Cups Tomato Sauce, cooked
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, topping

What You Need

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add an inch of water, cauliflower rice, with the lid, steam for 4 minutes, until softened; remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
  3. In a bowl, add steamed cauliflower rice, egg, flour, seasoning and salt. Mix all together, until the dough forms.
  4. Sprinkle flour on your work surface, knead dough and form into a circular ball.
  5. Cut the dough into 4 pieces, then roll each piece into long pieces about an ½ inch thick.
  6. Cut each roll into pieces, with each piece roll on the back of the fork, pressing slightly and rolling them down.
  7. In a large pot of boiling water add the cauliflower gnocchi, when cooked they will float to the top. In a Colander, drain the water.
  8. In a large pot, add your tomato sauce and cauliflower gnocchi and cook for 10 minutes.
