Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- Salt to taste
Toppings
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce, or as desired
- Mozzarella cheese ball, sliced
- Parmesan cheese, sprinkled
- Red Chili flakes, optional
Directions
- For Pizza Crust:Â In a large bowl, add Riced Cauliflower and microwave for 4 minutes, remove and let cool.
- Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- Transfer cauliflower rice into a large bowl, add almond flour, parmesan cheese, eggs, seasonings and salt to taste. Mix well, until combined.
- Lightly spray the pan with a non-stick spray, then place parchment paper, spread cauliflower mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- For Pizza Topping:Â Top with pizza sauce and mozzarella slices. Place into the oven at 400 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
- In a large pan, on high heat add oil and sauté the onions, then add garlic, and spinach, cook until all the moisture is then reduced.
- Once pizza is ready, add sautéed spinach, parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and ready to serve.
