Ingredients

 

Pizza Crust

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Cauliflower
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Oregano
  • Salt to taste

Toppings

  • 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce, or as desired
  • Mozzarella cheese ball, sliced
  • Parmesan cheese, sprinkled
  • Red Chili flakes, optional

What You Need

Preparation

  1. For Pizza Crust: In a large bowl, add Riced Cauliflower and microwave for 4 minutes, remove and let cool.
  2. Using a clean dishtowel, drain cauliflower rice, and squeeze out as much water as possible.
  3. Transfer cauliflower rice into a large bowl, add almond flour, parmesan cheese, eggs, seasonings and salt to taste. Mix well, until combined.
  4. Lightly spray the pan with a non-stick spray, then place parchment paper, spread cauliflower mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. For Pizza Topping: Top with pizza sauce and mozzarella slices. Place into the oven at 400 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
  6. In a large pan, on high heat add oil and sauté the onions, then add garlic, and spinach, cook until all the moisture is then reduced.
  7. Once pizza is ready, add sautéed spinach, parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and ready to serve.
