Ingredients

Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1/3 Cup. Soy Sauce, low sodium
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tsp. Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

What You Need

Directions

  1. In a Bowl, add steak stir-fry, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce and black pepper. Mix well and set aside to marinate.
  2. Prepare the Teriyaki sauce adding all ingredients, mix well and set aside.
  3. In a pan, on medium heat add oil, steak stir-fry. Cook for 4 minutes, until browned and cooked on all sides. Place aside in a plate.
  4. In a Skillet over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil, Cipolline onions, Bell Pepper, Broccoli Florets, cook for 4 minutes, until tender.
  5. Add steak stir-fry and teriyaki sauce in the vegetables, Simmer for 3 minutes until sauce thickens. Garnish with sesame seeds.
  6. In a Skillet over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil, Riced Cauliflower, salt, and black pepper, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  7. In a plate, place Cauliflower rice, top with vegetable steak stir-fry and ready to serve.
