Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Cubed Rutabaga
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, add Rutabaga, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and olive oil, mix well.
- In oven tray, add Rutabaga and melted butter, mix well together.
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes, until fully cooked and ready to serve.
