Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Cubed Rutabaga
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

What You Need

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, add Rutabaga, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and olive oil, mix well.
  3. In oven tray, add Rutabaga and melted butter, mix well together.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes, until fully cooked and ready to serve.
