In a large pot, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add pearl onions sauté for 5 minutes. Add garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, wine, salt, pepper, oregano, bay leaves, basil, mix well. Let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Shrimp, cook until pink, add seafood mix, cook for 5 minutes, add spinach, crab claws, mussels, mix well and place lid on top, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and ready to serve.
