Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 1 Cup, Arborio Rice, cooked
- 1 Cup Water
- ½ Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Bay Leaves
- ¼ Cup + 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Parsley, garnish
Directions
- In a pot add water, add rice, remove from heat once cooked.
- In a skillet, add oil, add onions, sauté until onions are translucent, add bay leaves, add spinach sauté until wilted, add salt and pepper.
- In a bowl add Rice, sautéed spinach drizzle with oil and garnish with parsley and ready to serve.
