Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Cup, Arborio Rice, cooked
  • 1 Cup Water
  • ½ Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • ¼ Cup + 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil divided
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Parsley, garnish

What You Need

Directions

  1. In a pot add water, add rice, remove from heat once cooked.
  2. In a skillet, add oil, add onions, sauté until onions are translucent, add bay leaves, add spinach sauté until wilted, add salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl add Rice, sautéed spinach drizzle with oil and garnish with parsley and ready to serve.
