Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Spinach, finely chopped, sautéed
  • 2 Packages (8oz) Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Can (14oz) Artichokes, drained and chopped
  • ½ Red Pepper, diced
  • ¼ Cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ¼ Tsp Salt and Pepper
  • Egg, wash

What You Need

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare an 8×8 baking dish and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, over medium- high heat, add 1 Tbsp oil, red onion sauté until translucent, add red pepper sauté until tender, add garlic sauté until fragrant, add Spinach, sauté until wilted, Remove from heat. Let cool.
  3. In a bowl, add sauteed Spinach mixture, artichokes, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream, salt and pepper, mix until fully combined. Set aside
  4. Lay Pillsbury Crescent Rolls as a full sheet on a clean surface, using your finger seal perforations in the dough. Spread Spinach cheese mixture evenly on top, until fully covered. Roll up and slice in round pieces. Brush each with Egg Wash.
  5. Place in baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown, and cooked, remove from heat and ready to serve.
