In a bowl, add sauteed Spinach mixture, artichokes, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream, salt and pepper, mix until fully combined. Set aside
Lay Pillsbury Crescent Rolls as a full sheet on a clean surface, using your finger seal perforations in the dough. Spread Spinach cheese mixture evenly on top, until fully covered. Roll up and slice in round pieces. Brush each with Egg Wash.
Place in baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown, and cooked, remove from heat and ready to serve.
