  1. Combine spinach, kiwi, mint leaves and 1 cup of coconut water in the blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mix into your glasses leaving just a little bit of the blended mixture in the blender.
  3. Now add the frozen blueberries, and add the remaining coconut water into the blender. Blend everything for about 30 seconds, or until the texture becomes smooth.
  4. Pour this blueberry mix on top of the spinach, kiwi and mint mixture so that you get a layer of the blueberry on top.
  5. Top your glass with a sprig of mint.
  6. Serve immediately and Enjoy!
