Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Spinach
  • 8pcs Veal
  • 8pcs, Bacon
  • 1 pkg Boursin Cheese, fig and balsamic
  • ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • ½ Onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven at 390 degrees. Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet, over medium- high heat, add 1 Tbsp oil, onion sauté until translucent, garlic sauté until fragrant add Spinach, sauté until wilted, Remove from heat. Let cool.
  3. In a bowl, add sautéed Spinach, Boursin Cheese, mozzarella cheese, mix until fully combined.
  4. In a plate, place veal slices, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place Spinach Cheese Mixture and spread evening, roll up, until fully sealed. Wrap each veal roll with bacon. Place each in baking pan
  6. Place in oven for 30 minutes, until cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
