Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 8pcs Veal
- 8pcs, Bacon
- 1 pkg Boursin Cheese, fig and balsamic
- ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- ½ Onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 390 degrees. Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a skillet, over medium- high heat, add 1 Tbsp oil, onion sauté until translucent, garlic sauté until fragrant add Spinach, sauté until wilted, Remove from heat. Let cool.
- In a bowl, add sautéed Spinach, Boursin Cheese, mozzarella cheese, mix until fully combined.
- In a plate, place veal slices, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place Spinach Cheese Mixture and spread evening, roll up, until fully sealed. Wrap each veal roll with bacon. Place each in baking pan
- Place in oven for 30 minutes, until cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
