1 Can (14oz) Artichoke hearts in water, finely chopped
½ Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes, chopped
½ Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tsp. Garlic powder
¼ Tsp. Salt
¼ Tsp. Black pepper

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a mini muffin tray with cooking spray.
Carefully press each wonton wrapper in muffin tin, forming a cup. Spray the tops of wonton wrappers with cooking spray. Bake for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown.
In the same bowl mix all the remaining ingredients, until fully combined
Once wonton wrappers are cooked, remove from heat and fill with 2 spoons of spinach cheese filling for each.
Cover muffin tray with foil, bake for 10 minutes until bubbly and cheesy. Remove from heat and transfer on a wired rack, to keep crispy and ready to serve.
