Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Cup Rotisserie Chicken, cooked, finely chopped
  • ½ Cream Cheese block, Room Temperature
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Puff Pastry (Patty Shells)- thawed, prepared as package directions

What You Need

  1. Puff Pastry – Remove from package, separate from perforated marks, and follow package directions
  2. Filling: In a Frying pan on medium heat, add butter, once melted, add onion sauté, until translucent, add garlic sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant. Add Spinach cook, until wilted, add rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, mix until combined, add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, mix well.
  3. Fill Puff Pastry with Spinach mixture and ready to serve.
