What You Need
Puff Pastry – Remove from package, separate from perforated marks, and follow package directions
Filling: In a Frying pan on medium heat, add butter, once melted, add onion sauté, until translucent, add garlic sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant. Add Spinach cook, until wilted, add rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, mix until combined, add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, mix well.
Fill Puff Pastry with Spinach mixture and ready to serve.
