Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 1 Pizza Dough
- 1/4 cup fresh Basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil, oregano, garlic powder, topping
Directions
- On a clean surface, add a little flour, spread pizza dough forming a large rectangle.
- In a large bowl, add Spinach, basil, oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper, mix well, until all combined.
- Place Spinach mixture on half the pizza dough and spread evenly.
- Take half the pizza dough and fold over the spinach mixture and press firmly to seal edges.
- Brush oil on top, sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
- Place in oven at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven, slice in pieces and ready to serve.
