Ingredients
- 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 1 Package Pasta, cooked
- 1 Onion, diced
- 3 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
- ½ Cup Pasta Water
- 1 Tsp. Lemon Zest
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- ¼ Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes, as desired
- Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish
- 1 Tbsp. Finely chopped Parsley
- 1 Garlic Glove, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Zest
Directions
- For Garnish: Add all Garnish ingredients in a small bowl, mix until all combined.
- In a skillet, once hot, add oil, onions, sauté until translucent, add garlic sauté until fragrant, add red pepper flakes, Lemon zest, Lemon juice, mix well.
- Add Spinach, sauté until wilted. Add water, cooked pasta, heavy cream, top with parmesan cheese. Plate and top with garnish, and ready to serve.
