Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Harvest Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Package Pasta, cooked
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
  • ½ Cup Pasta Water
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon Zest
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • ¼ Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes, as desired
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish

  • 1 Tbsp. Finely chopped Parsley
  • 1 Garlic Glove, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Zest

Directions

  1. For Garnish: Add all Garnish ingredients in a small bowl, mix until all combined.
  2. In a skillet, once hot, add oil, onions, sauté until translucent, add garlic sauté until fragrant, add red pepper flakes, Lemon zest, Lemon juice, mix well.
  3. Add Spinach, sauté until wilted. Add water, cooked pasta, heavy cream, top with parmesan cheese. Plate and top with garnish, and ready to serve.
