Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Harvest Fresh Spinach
  • 2-3 Harvest Fresh Shallots, Chopped
  • 1 Pizza Dough, sliced in half
  • ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Seasoning
  • 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Red Pepper Flakes to Sprinkle
  • Salt to Taste

What You Need

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
  2. Lightly spray the pan with a non-stick spray, spread pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Once spread add ingredients in the centre of the dough leaving space for folding, then add salt, garlic seasoning, parsley, onions, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach, oil and red pepper flakes.
  4. Then fold one end of dough over, tucking it inside, and carefully folding each section on top of one another, until the entire roll, is fully covering the stuffing, then take the other end and tuck inside until, dough is covered and sealed.
  5. Place in oven for 15 minutes, then drizzle olive oil on top and bake for another 10 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool and ready to serve.
