For Turkey Sliders: In a large bowl, add ground turkey, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, onion, spinach, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Form sliders in round patties, and repeat process for each slider.
Place Sliders on the grill for 3 minutes each side, until cooked. Then add a slice of provolone cheese on top of each slider, until slightly melted. Remove from grill.
Slice Brioche Slider buns in half, add slider on the bottom half, add Chipotle Creamy mayo, top with Zucchini Spiral Fries and place bun on top .
