Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Cubed Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Lb. Sweet and Hot Sausages, sliced in coins
- 1 Bunch Broccoli, cut in pcs
- 2 Cups Orange Juice
- Cinnamon and Nutmeg, pinch
What You Need
Directions
- Brown sausage in a large frying pan, add cubed sweet potatoes, add broccoli, orange juice and seasonings. Cover with a lid, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring often, until cooked remove from heat and ready to serve.
