Add ground turkey, spinach, garlic, onions, chicken Bovril, ground pepper, breadcrumbs, and eggs, mix until fully combined, then form into patties.
Place on grill and cook for 8 minutes each side, until fully cooked.
In a pan, add oil, sauté peppers for 5 minutes, cook until soft, add onions, sauté until translucent, add Zucchini Spirals and cook for 3 minutes, cook until soft.
To assemble: On the bottom half of your bun, add sweet potato spinach turkey burger, roasted red peppers, onions, zucchini spirals, and place bun on top. Ready to serve.
