In a skillet, on high heat add oil. Once the oil is hot, reduce to medium heat and add onions, garlic, peppers, Nantes carrots, continue stirring and cook for 7 minutes.
Add Cauliflower Rice, salt, garlic powder, paprika, continue stirring for 3 minutes. Once cooked remove from heat.
Prepare dressing, combining all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
In a large bowl, Add Cauliflower Rice mix, avocado, mangos, pineapple, dressing and mix well. Garnish with a slice of Lime and red pepper flakes and ready to serve.
