Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Veggie Medley
  • 1 ½ Cups Onions, chopped
  • 1 ½ Cups Peppers. chopped
  • Ground Veal, or meat of preference
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Can bean medley, drained & rinsed
  • 1 Can black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 2 Cups Tomato Sauce, cooked
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Salt and Pepper
  • ½ Tsp. Hot Chili Powder
  • 1 Pkg Chili Seasoning Mix

Directions

  1. In a pot, on medium to high heat, add oil, once hot, add onions, sauté until translucent, add garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add red peppers sauté, until soft.
  2. Add ground meat, cook, and break up the meat until brown, add white wine, allow moisture to reduce, add bean medley, black beans and riced Veggie Medley, mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and mix well, then add Chili Powder, salt, black pepper, and chili seasoning mix, mix well, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and ready to serve.

