Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Veggie Medley
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 Eggs Lightly beaten
- ½ Cup Peas
- ½ Cup Corn
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 2 Green Onions, Sliced, topping
Directions
- In a skillet, add sesame oil, once heated add garlic, sauté until fragrant, add riced medley, peas, and corn, mix until veggies are slightly tender.
- Push Veggies to the side, add eggs scramble eggs until cooked.
- Add soy sauce. Cook for 5–7 mins, stirring often.
- Top with green onions. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
