  1. In a skillet, add sesame oil, once heated add garlic, sauté until fragrant, add riced medley, peas, and corn, mix until veggies are slightly tender.
  2. Push Veggies to the side, add eggs scramble eggs until cooked.
  3. Add soy sauce. Cook for 5–7 mins, stirring often.
  4. Top with green onions. Remove from heat and ready to serve.

