Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Riced Veggie Medley
- 1 Lb. Ground turkey
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Large Egg, lightly beaten
- ½ Cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce, optional
- 1 Package Bacon
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
- Preheat Oven at 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a skillet, over medium heat, add oil, add onions sauté until translucent, add garlic cook until fragrant, add riced veggie medley, cook until soft and tender, approx. 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste, mix well and, set aside and let cool.
- In a bowl, using your hands, combine turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, veggie medley mixture and chili sauce and, mix until all combined.
- Form and shape into patties, approx. 3 inches. Wrap a slice bacon around the edge of each patty.
- Place bacon patties on baking sheet, and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until patties are golden brown. Remove from heat and serve with your favourite side.
