  1. Open bag and remove Pho broth starter packets.
  2. Add 4 cups of water to a medium sized pot.
  3. Open pho broth starter packets and whisk in the contents along with ½ tsp salt until dissolved. Bring to a boil.
  4. Once boiling. Reduce heat to low and add vegetables to the broth. Cook for 1-2 min until vegetables are bright and slightly tender.
  5. Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
