Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1 Avocado, peeled
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all dressing ingredients, blend on high until smooth.
  2. In a skillet, add oil, Zucchini Spirals, Carrot Spirals, salt, and pepper, cook for 3 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, add veggie spirals and dressing, and mix. Garnish with basil and ready to serve.
