In a frying pan, on medium heat, add oil, veal, cook, until completely browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
Using the same frying pan, add 3 Tbsp. soy sauce, carrot spirals, bell peppers, onion, sauté, until translucent, add garlic, sauté until fragrant, then add edamame beans, sauté until tender.
