Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
  • 2 Cups Harvest Fresh Carrot Spirals
  • 2 Cups Veal, Beef, or Chicken, slices
  • 2 Cups Shrimp, cooked
  • 1 Cup Edamame Beans
  • ½ Red, Orange, and yellow bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Large Onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • ½ Cup Honey Garlic Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Oil
  • 6 Tbsp. Soya Sauce
  • ½ Package Chow mein Noodles- follow package directions

What You Need

Directions

  1. In a frying pan, on medium heat, add oil, veal, cook, until completely browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Using the same frying pan, add 3 Tbsp. soy sauce, carrot spirals, bell peppers, onion, sauté, until translucent, add garlic, sauté until fragrant, then add edamame beans, sauté until tender.
  3. Add cooked veal, honey garlic sauce, zucchini spirals, mix well. Add cooked shrimp, mix until fully combined.
  4. In a frying pan, add boiled noodles, and 3 Tbsp soy sauce, mix well
  5. In a large plate, add your noodles and top with meat and veggie mix and ready to serve.
