Ingredients
- 1 Pack Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
- 1 Pack Harvest Fresh Carrot Spirals
- 4 Cups Chicken broth
- 2 Cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 1/2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 White onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Tsp.Parsley, chopped
- 1 Tsp. Oregano, dried
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan, on medium heat. Once oil is shimmering, add onion and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper, cook and stir, for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, parsley and oregano, place on low for 5 minutes. Then add cooked chicken and carrot spirals, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the zucchini spirals, cook for an additional 2 minutes. Until the spirals are soft and tender.
