Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Cups. Sugar
  • 1 Cup. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 Cups. Flour, All purpose
  • 2 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • ¼ Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Salt

What You Need

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Lightly spray your Bundt pan with Cooking Spray.
  2. In a Bowl, add all dry ingredients, and blend well.
  3. In a large bowl, add eggs, using a hand blender, mix well, add sugar, mix, add vanilla and oil, mix until all combined
  4. Slowly add Step #2 into Step#1 and blend well. Then add Zucchini Spirals and blend well.
  5. Pour batter into baking pan. Bake for 1 hour, until a toothpick is inserted in cake and comes out clean.
  6. Remove from oven, allow to cool for 10 -15 minutes, and remove from pan.
  7. When ready to serve, sprinkle Icing Powder and Cinnamon and ready to serve.
