Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
  • 6 Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Bacon bits, topping

What You Need

Directions

  1. In a muffin tray, lightly spray the pan with a non-stick spray.
  2. Place a slice of bacon around the rim of each muffin cavity.
  3. In the middle of each cavity, add zucchini spirals, shredded cheese,
    and one egg.
  4. Place in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until desired preference.
  5. Then sprinkle parmesan cheese and bacon bits on top of each one and ready to serve.
