Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Sheets
  • 2 Cups Egg whites
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 12 Slices Fire Roasted Peppers, drained
  • 6 Slices Havarti Jalapeno Cheese, Slices
  • 6 Slices Black Forest ham
  • ½ Tsp. Paprika
  • ½ Tsp. Salt
  • ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Oregano
  • ¼ Tsp. Pepper

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Light spray a muffin or square tray with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl add egg whites, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until all combined
  3. Overlap 2 Zucchini Sheets, add Havarti cheese, roasted peppers, and black forest ham.
  4. Roll them from one end to another and repeat for each.
  5. Place in baking pan. Pour egg white mixture, filling halfway on top of each Zucchini Roll.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until egg is cooked, and ready to serve.
