Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Sheets
- 2 Cups Egg whites
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 12 Slices Fire Roasted Peppers, drained
- 6 Slices Havarti Jalapeno Cheese, Slices
- 6 Slices Black Forest ham
- ½ Tsp. Paprika
- ½ Tsp. Salt
- ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ Tsp. Oregano
- ¼ Tsp. Pepper
Directions
- Pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Light spray a muffin or square tray with cooking spray.
- In a bowl add egg whites, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until all combined
- Overlap 2 Zucchini Sheets, add Havarti cheese, roasted peppers, and black forest ham.
- Roll them from one end to another and repeat for each.
- Place in baking pan. Pour egg white mixture, filling halfway on top of each Zucchini Roll.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until egg is cooked, and ready to serve.
