Take the Zucchini sheets, and salt them lightly and set aside. Once excess water is removed, place on paper towels to soak any excess moisture.
In a Skillet, add olive oil to the pan, sauté garlic and onions for about 2 minutes. Then add ground beef, cook until browned, add white wine, salt and seasoning.
In a large bowl, take boiled eggs and break them up with a fork
In a large pot add sauce and meat cook for 5 minutes
Preheat oven to 375°.
In a 9×12 casserole dish spread sauce on the bottom, add 1st layer of the zucchini sheets to cover, then spread meat sauce, egg and mozzarella cheese and repeat the process for each layer. For the top layer add parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Then uncover the foil and bake for 10 minutes.
