Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Veggie Sheets
  • 2 Cups Breadcrumbs, coating
  • ¼ -½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 12 Slices, Prosciutto
  • 1 Jar, Fire Roasted Peppers, drained
  • Provolone Cheese, Slices
  • 1 Cup oil
  • ½ Tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Tsp. Salt
  • ½ Tsp. Pepper
  • Salt, sprinkle

What You Need

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees, lightly coat baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, add oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk and set aside.
  3. In a flat dinner plate, add breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until combined.
  4. Coat Zucchini Sheets in oil, coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Once coated, place 2 zucchini sheets, overlapping each other flat on your cooking surface, add cheese slices, prosciutto, and roasted peppers.
  6. Roll them from one end to another and place in baking dish.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes, until cheese is melted and cooked, and ready to serve.
