Ingredients
- 2 Packages Harvest Fresh Veggie Sheets
- 1 Package of bacon
- 2 Cups Tomato Sauce
Cheese Mixture
- 475g Ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ Cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg, yolk
Directions
- In 2 Large 6 pan muffin trays, add 2 tbsp. of tomato sauce in each cavity.
- Use 3 Zucchini veggie sheets, and lay end to end, slightly overlapped.
- Add cheese mixture as per Ingredients and add a slice of bacon.
- Roll up the Zucchini sheets combined all together, using a toothpick to hold together, add in muffin tray.
- Repeat process, until all cavities are filled.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
