Ingredients

  • ½ Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
  • 2 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Package Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Cup. Saltine Crackers, finely crushed
  • ½ Cup. Ketchup
  • 3 Eggs. Beaten
  • 1 Beef Bouillon Cube
  • 1 Cup. Hot Water

What You Need

Directions

  1. Dissolve beef Bouillon Cube in 1 Cup. Hot Water.
  2. In a large bowl, add ground beef, eggs, dissolved Beef Bouillon, garlic, onion soup mix, saltine crumbs, Ketchup and Zucchini Spirals. Mix until all combined.
  3. Preheat Oven at 350 degrees
  4. In a large baking dish add meat mixture and form the meat loaf. Place in oven a cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until fully cooked.
  5. Once cooked remove from oven and ready to serve.
