For Meatballs: In a large bowl, add ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, 1 cup Zucchini Spirals chopped, parsley, and salt. Mix well.
Form meat mixture into round meatballs and repeat process for each.
In a pot, add tomato sauce, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, add meatballs cook on low heat for 50 minutes, until cooked.
In a skillet, add olive oil, Zucchini Spirals, salt and pepper and sauté for 3 minutes, until cooked.
On a plate, add sautéed Zucchini Spirals, top with tomato sauce from meat balls, parmesan cheese and basil, serve with Zucchini Meat balls and ready to serve.
