  1. Heat large skillet on medium to high and add olive oil & garlic.
  2. Add cauliflower rice, salt and seasoning. Stir constantly, approx. 2 minutes. *Do not over cook the cauliflower rice.
  3. Remove from skillet and add parsley & lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt & pepper
