Ingredients
- 1 package of Harvest Fresh Cauliflower rice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- ½ cup parsley leaf, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat large skillet on medium to high and add olive oil & garlic.
- Add cauliflower rice, salt and seasoning. Stir constantly, approx. 2 minutes. *Do not over cook the cauliflower rice.
- Remove from skillet and add parsley & lemon juice.
- Season with salt & pepper
