Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Snow Peas
- 1 Bunch Asparagus, woody ends removed
- 1 Red pepper, cored, sliced
- 1 Cup Shrimp, cooked with butter and herbs
- 2 Fast Fry Steaks, cooked and sliced
- 6 Slices Bacon, cooked and crispy
- 3 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
- ¼ Cup. Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 Onion, sliced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Red Chili Flakes, topping
- Lemon, sliced
Directions
- In a skillet, add oil, onions, cook until translucent, add garlic, parsley, asparagus, red pepper, snow peas, sauté for 10 minutes, until vegetables have softened.
- Add Zucchini Spirals, salt and pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes, then add cooked bacon, cooked shrimp, cooked steak mix all together, remove from heat and top with red chili flakes and a lemon slice, and ready to serve.
