Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Zucchini Spirals
  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Snow Peas
  • 1 Bunch Asparagus, woody ends removed
  • 1 Red pepper, cored, sliced
  • 1 Cup Shrimp, cooked with butter and herbs
  • 2 Fast Fry Steaks, cooked and sliced
  • 6 Slices Bacon, cooked and crispy
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
  • ¼ Cup. Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Red Chili Flakes, topping
  • Lemon, sliced

Directions

  1. In a skillet, add oil, onions, cook until translucent, add garlic, parsley, asparagus, red pepper, snow peas, sauté for 10 minutes, until vegetables have softened.
  2. Add Zucchini Spirals, salt and pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes, then add cooked bacon, cooked shrimp, cooked steak mix all together, remove from heat and top with red chili flakes and a lemon slice, and ready to serve.
