Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Cubed Butternut Squash
- 1 Cup Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 1 Package Burrata Cheese
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Baguette, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- ½ Butter Stick, room temperature
- Honey, drizzled
- Almonds, slivered
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with oil.
- In a bowl, add cubed butternut squash, 3 Tbsp. Oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix until all combined.
- Place cubed butternut squash on baking sheet, spread evenly and bake for 20 minutes, until butternut squash is soft. Remove from oven, let cool.
- Place sliced baguettes, on a baking sheet, brush each slice on both sides with butter. Bake on 400 degrees, until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- Spread Burrata cheese on top of each baguette slice, add spinach, cubed butternut squash, slivered almonds, drizzle honey on top and ready to serve.
