Ingredients
Cipolline Onions
- 2 Packages Harvest Fresh Cipolline Onions, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- Salt, Black pepper, pinch
Veal Chops
- 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 6 Veal Chops
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat Oven at 400 degrees.
- In a large deep ovenproof pan, heat oil, on medium heat.
- For Cipolline Onions: Add onions, stirring, turning, until golden brown all around for approx. 10 minutes
- Pour Balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
- For Veal Chops: Season Veal Chops, sear both sides in a skillet on medium to high heat. Once seared remove from heat.
- Place both veal and onions in oven, bake for approx. 20 minutes, until cooked and ready to serve with your favourite side.
