Ingredients

Cipolline Onions

Veal Chops

  • 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • 6 Veal Chops
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven at 400 degrees.
  2. In a large deep ovenproof pan, heat oil, on medium heat.
  3. For Cipolline Onions: Add onions, stirring, turning, until golden brown all around for approx. 10 minutes
  4. Pour Balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
  5. For Veal Chops: Season Veal Chops, sear both sides in a skillet on medium to high heat. Once seared remove from heat.
  6. Place both veal and onions in oven, bake for approx. 20 minutes, until cooked and ready to serve with your favourite side.
