Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 1 frozen medium banana
- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups almond milk/soy milk
- Pinch of Chia Seeds (per glass)
Directions
- Blend fresh spinach and 1 cup of milk for 1 min.
- Add avocado, vanilla yogurt and 1 cup of milk.
- Blend a minute, or until the texture becomes smooth.
- Add frozen banana. Blend.
- Serve immediately with a pinch of chia seeds topping.
