Ingredients
- 2 Cups Harvest Fresh Riced Butternut Squash
- 1 ½ Cups Chickpeas, rinsed
- 1 Garlic Clove, peeled
- 1 Lemon, juice
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- ¼ Tsp. Paprika
- ¼ Tsp. Cumin
- ¼ Tsp. Salt
- 4 Tbsp. Water
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, add Riced Butternut Squash, chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and water. Add water as needed to mix well.
- Then add your seasoning and blend well.
- Place in a large bowl, add chickpeas, paprika seasoning on top, if desired, and ready to serve.
