Ingredients

  • 4 Raw Harvest Jalapeno, stems, core and seeds removed
  • 1 Lb. Sweet Italian Sausages, removed from casing
  • 8 Slices Bacon
  • 1-2 Tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • ¼ Tsp. Pepper

Filling

  • ½-1 Cream Cheese, herbed
  • ½ Cup Shredded Tex-Mex, shredded

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Slice each pepper cutting the stem, remove the seeds with a spoon.
  3. In a bowl, add cream cheese, Tex-mex, mix until fully combined. Fill each Jalapeno, until Jalapeno is filled.
  4. In a large bowl, add sausage meat, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Cover each Jalapeno with ¼ of ground meat forming an egg, until fully covered. Wrap with 2 pieces of bacon.
  6. Place in oven for 25-30 minutes, until meat is cooked and bacon is crispy.
