Ingredients
- 4 Raw Harvest Jalapeno, stems, core and seeds removed
- 1 Lb. Sweet Italian Sausages, removed from casing
- 8 Slices Bacon
- 1-2 Tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- ¼ Tsp. Pepper
Filling
- ½-1 Cream Cheese, herbed
- ½ Cup Shredded Tex-Mex, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Slice each pepper cutting the stem, remove the seeds with a spoon.
- In a bowl, add cream cheese, Tex-mex, mix until fully combined. Fill each Jalapeno, until Jalapeno is filled.
- In a large bowl, add sausage meat, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Cover each Jalapeno with ¼ of ground meat forming an egg, until fully covered. Wrap with 2 pieces of bacon.
- Place in oven for 25-30 minutes, until meat is cooked and bacon is crispy.
