Ingredients
- 1 Package Harvest Fresh Spinach
- 12 Lasagna Sheets, Fresh
- 1 Package Ricotta Cheese
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Large egg, whisked
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 Jar Tomato Sauce, cooked
- Parmesan cheese, topping
- Salt to taste
Directions
- In a large pan, on medium to high heat add butter, once melted, add garlic, add onions, then sauté for 2 minutes, then add Spinach, cook until all the moisture is then reduced.
- In a large bowl combine Ricotta cheese, Spinach and Parmesan cheese, mix well. Salt to taste.
- Take each Lasagna sheet and cut into 6 rectangular pieces.
- Take 2 rectangular pieces, brush the sides of each sheet with egg, add a scoop of the spinach mixture in the centre of one piece, then place other piece on top and seal the edges tight.
- With a pasta cutter, trim all 4 edges to shape ravioli. Repeat for each.
- In a large pot of boiling water, add salt and stuffed ravioli, cook for few minutes, until they float to the top, or until cooked. Drain Pasta.
- In a bowl, add ravioli, add cooked tomato sauce, mix well, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and ready to serve.
