Ingredients

Dressing

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp. Basil
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley

What You Need

Directions

  1. In a frying pan on medium heat, add oil, onions and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes. Add Kale cook for 5 minutes, then add chickpeas and Butternut Squash Spirals, cook for 3 minutes.
  2. For the dressing: In a food processor, add all dressing ingredients and blend well.
  3. Place Butternut Squash Spiral Salad in a plate, add dressing and ready to serve.
