Ingredients
- ½ Package Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
- 400g Spiral pasta, cooked
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
- ½ Cup Mixed Color Pepper, diced
- ½ Cup Red Onions, finely chopped
- ½ Cup Black Olives, Sliced
- Bocconcini, cut in quarters
Dressing
- ½ Cup Italian dressing
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 Tsp. Oregano, dried
- 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta, according to pasta directions, cook until al dente. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water.
- In a large bowl, add cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, peppers, red onion, black olives and Kale Slaw, Bocconcini Cheese, mix until combined.
- In a small bowl, add dressing ingredients, whisk until fully combined
- Add dressing on pasta salad and mix well. Cover with Saran wrap and place in fridge for 30min. Remove from fridge and ready to serve.
