Pre-heat Grill on medium to high heat. Lightly spray with cooking spray, and grill each zucchini sheet, with grilled marks, approx. 2 minutes per side.
In a skillet, coat bottom with cooked tomato sauce add grilled zucchini, add sauce evenly on top, sprinkle parmesan cheese and add sliced cheese. Repeat process for an additional layer with remaining Zucchini sheets, place lid on top and cook until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
