Ingredients

  • ½ Package Harvest Fresh Kale Slaw
  • 400g Spiral pasta, cooked
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ Cup Mixed Color Pepper, diced
  • ½ Cup Red Onions, finely chopped
  • ½ Cup Black Olives, Sliced
  • Bocconcini, cut in quarters

Dressing

  • ½ Cup Italian dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Tsp. Oregano, dried
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook pasta, according to pasta directions, cook until al dente. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, add cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, peppers, red onion, black olives and Kale Slaw, Bocconcini Cheese, mix until combined.
  3. In a small bowl, add dressing ingredients, whisk until fully combined
  4. Add dressing on pasta salad and mix well. Cover with Saran wrap and place in fridge for 30min. Remove from fridge and ready to serve.

