Ingredients

  • 1 Package Harvest Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Pizza Dough
  • 1/4 cup fresh Basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil, oregano, garlic powder, topping

Directions

  1. On a clean surface, add a little flour, spread pizza dough forming a large rectangle.
  2. In a large bowl, add Spinach, basil, oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper, mix well, until all combined.
  3. Place Spinach mixture on half the pizza dough and spread evenly.
  4. Take half the pizza dough and fold over the spinach mixture and press firmly to seal edges.
  5. Brush oil on top, sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
  6. Place in oven at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven, slice in pieces and ready to serve.

